At Anarchy Bat Company, we stand behind our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom bats and items showing signs of use on the field are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Anarchy HQ

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns department for inspection.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our team confirms the item is in new, sellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
